Lynn Professional tries to insure that all information in their sales flyers is correct & accurate however Lynn Professional can not be held responsible for misprints in pricing or typographical errors. Photos are sometimes from previous product lines so therefore slight changes in the look or feel may sometimes be different. Lynn Professional disclaims any responsibility for use or misuse of any products described in our catalogue and flyers and any losses incurred through the use of any products according to the methods described herein. All products should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Due to the nature of our business we may be on the phone, away from the phone, or with a customer so please leave a message with your name telephone number and reason for your call and we will return your call promptly. Faxed orders can be sent to (204) 489-5898. Our website is checked regularly from Monday to Friday, and we are directly notified with every order.

Placing Orders

Lynn Professional will do everything we can to fill your orders quickly. We will try to ship your products within 3 business days of receiving the order. Our staff will be able to tell you if an item is out of stock and provide you with an ETA or if you’re in a hurry with a viable substitution for the item you’re looking for. Items with extended lead times or special handling needs will be explained at the time of your order. We will call if there is a problem fulfilling your order.

Payment

Lynn Professional accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Visa or Mastercard: Lynn Professional accepts Visa or MasterCard for all orders.
  • Cheque: If you mail your payment only certified cheques or money orders will be accepted. If you must send a regular cheque your order will be held for 15 business days or until we receive your cheque.
  • Bank E-Transfer

All orders must be prepaid and we no longer accept COD (cash on delivery). All orders are subject to 5% GST and Manitoba residents must pay 7% PST. HST will be applicable to residents of regions where that tax is in effect.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to change without notice. Many of our products are manufactured in the USA or overseas. We strive to keep our prices in effect as long as possible but occasionally we experience significant pricing increases from our suppliers. Our policy is to try and absorb such price increases but with shifting exchange rates this is not always possible. Your customer service representative will be happy to discuss and verify the current prices of products with you while we take every effort to prevent errors, mistakes do happen and we reserve the right to correct any errors found without further notice.
